  • Zero Server Uploads: When you convert images, split PDFs, format spreadsheets, generate invoices, or edit text, 100% of the computation is executed locally inside your web browser's RAM memory.
  • No Data Retention: Your uploaded files, text entries, image graphics, and financial inputs are never transmitted to any external server or saved on any remote database.
  • Instant Data Erasure: The moment you refresh or close your browser tab, all temporary data processed by the tool is completely purged from your memory.

2. No Registration or Personal Data Collection

ValKit does not require account creation, logins, passwords, or email registration. You can use all 10 micro-utilities freely without providing any personal identifying information (PII).

3. Analytics & Local Storage

We use minimal browser localStorage solely to preserve user interface preferences (such as your Light/Dark mode theme selection). This information never leaves your browser device.

4. Third-Party Services & Advertising

To keep ValKit 100% free for users worldwide, we partner with trusted third-party services:

  • Google AdSense: Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to our site and/or other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
  • Ko-fi Community Tipping: If you choose to tip the creator via our Ko-fi integration, transaction processing is handled securely by Ko-fi and PayPal under their respective privacy policies.
